Back from the summer reading challenge!

Class 4
Book discussion is the most effective technique to encourage children to share what they read with others, which stimulates other students in the class to read the same story book.
Class 4 had returned from their summer break, and they were eager to share what they had read with their classmates at a book talk on 14th June 2023 and 15th June 2023.
During the first lesson of the school year, students discussed the books they took with them to read over the summer. Many others completed the ‘Goa is Reading’ campaign books online, which were supported by the Goa government’s partnership with Pratham Book Publisher, and received certificates for reading all of the stories provided.
A few children presented book talks on novels such as ‘Alice in Wonderland’, ‘The Blue Umbrella’, and ‘Advaita the Writer’ A few students shared story books, such as ‘Indian Folktales’ and ‘Falcon the Talcon’, with their friends.
One child offered his thoughts on Abdul Kalam’s biography.
With a few exceptions, all of the children took good care of the books.
